To reduce travel and make things easier for our patients, Baghestan Laboratory offers a home sample collection service. Samples are collected by the laboratory’s experienced and trained staff, transported to the laboratory under standard conditions, and tested as quickly as possible. To use this service, please read the home sample collection conditions and submit your request by completing the form below.

After you submit your request, if you meet the requirements, our staff will contact you and let you know the cost of the tests.
